What program/app do you use?

+ I use goodnotes5! This teacher planner is compatible with goodnotes4 as well. This is a PDF file, therefore the linked tabs will work on any app/program that support annotations on PDF’s

Do I have the option to switch from portrait to landscape?

+ If you purchased a “Portrait Planner” you will not be able to switch it to landscape where you would be able to see two pages at once. If you purchased a ”Landscape Planner” you will be able to zoom into one page, which will give you the illusion of a portrait planner!

Where can I find helpful tips to get started?

+ I have provided a tutorial which goes through different tips & tricks to get the most out of this teacher planner!

Is there a limit to how many pages I can add?

+ Nope! That’s the beauty of digital planning – you can add as many pages as you need. I have explained how to add pages in the tutorial!

Can I add or rename tabs?

+No, tabs are not editable.

Can I type and/or add fonts?

+ Yes! I use my Teacher Planner on an iPad Pro & downloaded the App iFont in order to download some of my favorite free fonts!

Do I have to use Goodnotes?

+ Not necessarily. I have heard that the apps Xodo, Notability, and ZoomNotes are good to use as well. As long as the app allows you to annotate PDFs, you should be in the clear!

Why can't I click my tabs?

+That all depends on the app/program you are using. I recommend Googling tutorials for the app/program you are using if you are having issues with clicking the tabs. In GoodNotes5, make sure that you have the writing tool turned off to enable clicking on the tabs (the pen with the line through it – it is located at the top right corner on the navigation bar)

My tabs aren’t linked correctly anymore, what can I do?

+ Unfortunately, once the planners are edited or pages are added/deleted, I can no longer give advice on the functionality since it is different for everyone. Make sure you watch the tutorial on copying/pasting pages to add them and make sure not to delete the tabbed sections. If your tabs are not working properly, my suggestion would be to restart your GoodNotes app or re-download a fresh version of the planner

Can I see the planner on my phone?

+ Yes!

Can I edit the planner on my phone?

+ Yes, but it is way more tedious than using a planner.

Will your products work on my device?

+ I personally have only used the digital planner on an Ipad Pro, but they are PDF documents, so they can be opened on any device that is compatible with opening PDFs. In order to edit them, you will need an application that allows you to annotate PDFs as well as a devices that allows the use of a stylus. 

How do I unzip a zipped file on my ipad?

+ Your best bet is to unzip zipped files on a desktop and send them to your iPad unzipped. If that is not an option, you can use a third party app, like WinZIp, to unzip files directly onto your iPad.
